If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
